No physical collector's edition?

I know I am hard of hearing but not sure if I heard correctly or not. All I herd was no physical copy of Elswyr. So I thought that just ment no CD. Does this include the collector's edition as well? That means no stature, book and map? Just want to make sure that I didn't miss anything with me being hard of hearing and I misunderstood what they said.

Ouch, $70 Canadian. Now I remember why I bought the physical editions. Nice to have something physical when spending that much money.
