ESO Plus and no Crowns

I tried signing into the support menu to open a ticket but the support system Submit A Ticket won't recognize my password although it will let me into the forums, uughhh.

I've got ESO plus but haven't received any crowns for months. My subscription just auto renewed yesterday so I figured it's time to ask about it. Can support assist with this?
