Glad it worked out for you.
I've been playing since 2017 and had no issues until Murkmire came out. I tried every repair i could find, even uninstalled the game and all files off my pc. Nothing worked. My tech guy at work told me about Windscribe VPN and I've been using it since. I don't know if it is the game, my pc or my ISP causing issues but the support from Zenimax was dismal.

Nor do I, but I suspect that if it was the game then very many more players would be affected.
