

It is optional - stay at stage 1 where you look mostly normal. Each of us have to deal with the consequences of our decisions in the game. If you decide you "have to" have vampirism to min-max your magicka regen, you need to accept the consequences that go along with that. I have a character where I "have to" use a particular set because I refuse to make her a vampire and want normal sneak speed. Decisions come with consequences.

Still, look at Serana and Harkon. Why can't we look more normal, like them? I mean, if it was so obvious I was a vampire, I couldn't even walk around the city. The moment they see my awfully white skin, they'd put me to fire.
