It’s possibly because pushing the button doesn’t result in action taken but it might drain resources anyway. So goodbye stamina.3 -

The Meta is HEAVILY snares and tanks ATM. Classes without means of survival or escape are SoL.

since recovery requires tradeoffs usually, wouldn't it be neat if Invigorating Trait increased recovery by 200+? because I looked into that as a way of boosting sustain a moment ago and it literally only increases recovery 9 each (thought that was a mistake in the tooltip so I tested it).0 -

I left it as the default on cowards which is: does physical damage and restores 354 stamina. could someone give me a rundown on how it procs in Summerset patch? I heard conflicting info about it being once every 4 seconds, or only on light attacks.0
