I have no idea tbh, last year I was emailed in game by zenimax and asked to pass on my address to Support, for that I received some Summerset goodies. This time I received no notification of any type so obviously wasn’t expecting anything so it was a pleasant surprise. All I can summise is that I was kept on a mailing list and was randomly pulled out of the hat.
