Won’t go into my personal sob story but needless to say it’s not been a great time for me lately. But for my birthday yesterday, the kind people of ESO twitter gave me a torchbug pet as a present. It’s silly how the little things can make a huge difference.

Nice pet you got. LuckyHistory, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.0
