Dark Brotherhood DLC is best.
To your knowledge even if you bought morrowind DLC it won't come with warden class, you have to buy warden class from crown store separately.

History, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.
Summerset is really great. If you want to craft jewelry or use the Psijic quest line and benefits (the Psijic portals are really "extra goodies" - you get set pieces out of them), you need it. But really aside from those, it's just a great experience.
Things like TG and DB are.... niche. If you like life as a thief or assassin, go for it. Alternatively, don't buy any of the DLC, just sub ESO+, as all the DLC are available with the sub, for as long as you pay the sub fee. That way, you can do the DLC you want to do, and when you're done, if the sub isn't of further value, you can drop it. Summerset, btw, will cost you. You don't get it free with ESO+ sub. For me it was worth the money for sure.
I bought ESO Gold from Amazon, which came with Morrowind. A few days later I bought Summerset. Haven't been unhappy at all.
Just to clarify the ESO specific terminology. DLC is included in ESO+ sub or bought with crowns. Chapters are game expansions that cost real money and are not in ESO+ sub.
Summerset is a chapter. Morrowind WAS a chapter but got broken into base game (battlegrounds) dlc (area) and crown store (Warden) when Summerset was released.
For reference, full Morrowind was included in the Summerset pre-order, which is how I got 2 chapters for the price of one, including the warden which is now crown store only. If you can wait, maybe see what the pre-order for the next chapter gets you. It might be possible to get Summerset as a bonus later this year.
