I haven’t really used charged before, I know it increases the chance to proc Status Effects. My question is in regards to a PvP support build I’m thinking about making. If I run a charged Ice Staff with a befouled glyph, does charged boost the ability of wall of elements to apply chilled while also increasing the chance to apply Disease? My main goal is looking to apply maim and defile to the enemies.
