Can't join Midyear Mayhem event.
How I supposed to join this event while all campaigns are full?
Prime time or not my time for playing the game is quite limited.
I was able to join this event last year so why can't now?
At least on dungeon event I was able to join after very long queue, now I don't even have a chance.

In group finder I can't start any queue for alliance war because I'm not in AVA theritory.0 -
KoultouraS✭✭✭✭✭This is a ViP event mate, only few lucky enough or patient enough to wait for like half of their day untill they join, may attend .
I really wonder why hosting an event when you can't even support the regular pvp activity in the 1st place...

I know it shows them locked, but you enter the queue to get in by clicking Enter Campaign under the Campaigns menu, not the group finder or anything.0 -

Right Click (or check the bottom of the screen to see the keybinds) on the campaing you want to join. Then select "Enter Campaign". This will either port you to Cyrodil or put you in a queue to enter that campaing if it is full.
Padlock does not necessarily means that campaing is fully locked. Sometimes you will get in immediately even if it shows that campaign is supposed to be locked.0 -

✭Not exactly sure on the issues your having apart from queues being busy only thing I can think of is you haven’t set a campaign as your home/guest.
To do that you can right click a campaign and set to home and set another to guest. That allows you to log into a campaign.
If youre only doing this for the event go for one of the 7 Day CP campaigns as they are much less busy, even prime time EU Malacath is pretty much an instant port in.0 -

I'm not at all into PvP, and use the menus & functions very little so I hope I'm not describing badly or incorrectly.
Rather than using the Group menu, which it sounds like you may be doing to get to Group Finder, you want to use the interface for Alliance War instead. On the top, it's the little Castle icon, instead of the little group of 3 people icon.
Then once there, look through the various campaigns. My current view indicates that the 30 day standard is all locked, 30 day non-champ is locked except EP which is very full. Then the 7 day campaigns are the ones available for you to join now. Shor, which is usually the empty one during non-events, is mostly locked, so you'd want to select one of the others...

In addition depending on your goals for the event, there is also the Battlegrounds system, which is also part of PvP play. You still need to complete a related quest to get a ticket, but you do get the double AP (even losing teams), and the various reward boxes & pelinal boxes.
There are three Battlegrounds quests, which are immediately repeatable, not just daily. At least the 3 different quests are repeatable. It's possible you may not be able to repeat the same quest until the next day, but I'm not sure about that. For one quest you need to earn 1000 medals (that usually takes me between 2 and 4 battles because i'm lousy at PvP), for one you need to win 3 battles (completed that successfully first time last nite after doing 5 of them), and for one you just participate in 5 battles.

This UI is terrible - I was left-clicking on the list as it should bring options in normal menu, instead I had to right-click to choose quest or home.1 -
