Displaying full hit point numbers instead of abbreviated?

I used to have it display full numbers instead of abbreviated (40,000 instead of 40k) but can't find the option to enable it anymore. I have lui extended but don't want to use the custom frames and can't remember if the setting was somewhere in there. I like the classic frames but with full numbers, like this:

For the life of me I can't remember how I did it.

Looks like you can use LuiExtended to do this:

In Settings::Combat set "Resource Numbers" to off.
In Lui settings disable all the "Custom Unit Frames(...)" settings.
In Lui's "Default Unit Frames" set the "Default XXX Frame" to "Use Extender...".
In Lui's "Default Unit Frames" set the "Label Format" to "Current + Shield / Max (Percentage%)".
Reload the UI (/reloadui).

That should get you pretty close to your screenshot and you can play around with all the settings from there as you like.
