Winterborn for the nice damage procs that can really help with random burst.
Iceheart because you gotta complete the meme (Can help with survive but valk is probably better for you)
Last set is different for almost everyone that doesnt just use a guide, I use Mothers Sorrow to both increase proc speed on iceheart and to give me enough burst just on the Force Pulse that I can burst kill people without resorting so some CC BS or needing my ult.

Infused Frost enchant weps and Mundus stone is the one that gives me more spell damage.
Jewellery is all infused with 2 spell damage and 1 mana regen. I never need to heavy attack with this build with very rare exceptions.

When you weave, you have the light attack, the 4 hits from pulse, the frost enchant hit, and a chance for winterborn to hit. My crit chance is 70%. When winterborn procs and I get a decent number of crits, those are the sorts of attacks that take out the tankier players who usually heal through non-burst damage.

I also should point out I use Northern Storm and not Permafrost, you got enough CC from Wall of Elements.

General rotation; Weaving light attack and force pulse, keeping Blue Betty, Living trellis, Ice Fortress and Elemental Drain (if I can be bothered with elemental drain) up (All these buffs are on my off bar along with a copy of magelight for each bar, then keep elemental blockade and winters revenge up, have magelight slotted for bonus crit and maxstat, and falcon wings or whatever its called for another 8% damage. Northern storm on both bars for 8% maxstat.

Winterborn and the Ult (Permafrost for most people) is really the core of the build, everything else is changeable. I like to think my build is pretty unique with the high crit and being a lot more all-in on cold damage than many other frost wardens who use things like beetles et al for burst.

I’ve been toying with shackle and torugs but I’m not great at it.
I like the flexibility extra stam offers.
