Make an event out of it or just turn it into a "feature" like they did with animation cancelling after they realised they cannot fix it.

What happened to ZOS' recent statement regarding not having events based on broken features until those features have been fixed? All you would have to do is quickly glance at the forums to see that there is something seriously wrong with the performance in Cyrodiil, so why make an event around it in the first place if you knew the event would put even more stress on an already struggling system?

It's not cyrodiil based event, it's aPvP based event. Of you only play cyrodiil, than you're 100% plagued by performance issues and that's your own problem for being limited to one feature of the game, but if you play BG or IC, you should be fine, and that means you're 67% good to go, which is far from optimal, but far from "can't have the event because broken" situation.

I love ZoS apologists. I mean, I love this game but comments like: "A very important part/feature of the game is broken? It's your fault for doing only this type of content" are ming-boggling.

I'm actually wondering if people that say this are serious or not. I mean, I mostly pve but still love to pvp and I just spent the last hour DC'ing and being kicked to the log screen. When I was finally able to log in, I spent 2-5 minutes in every load screen.

It's a feature of the game and it doesn't work. I like BGs but it's my fault for wanting to play overland pvp with a bunch of friends? Arguments like this don't help the situation. If you keep apologizing for them it's less likely to get fixed if ever.

Seriously, the silence from the developers regarding Cyrodiil performance degradation ove the past several months is not really acceptable. It's almost as if they don't actually play their own game.

They probably don't have a solution otherwise it would've been implemented. Now, did they assign enough ressources in order to find a solution is another matter. I honestly can't comment as to what is going at ZOS but I imagine they don't know the solution.

When you see at how fast the content is coming out you have to think that the ressources are diverted somewhere else. It is still very annoying trying to make AP and not being able to play the game.
