First - you need magicka recovery somewhere near 1,000 so that you can cloak a few successive times in order to give the false appearance of 'unlimited" magicka resources. infact you have about 9 to 12 seconds of continuous cloak and you're dry.
Second - you need sufficient damage to execute within a small window. Sufficient is something in excess of 3.5K weapon dmg. I would shoot north of 4K in battlegrounds.
Third - you need to approach victim from stealth, apply fracture via a surprise attack, utilize your fear cc successfully, and land your most brutal and deadly damage attack - the incap ultimate.
Fourth - execute a low health target with defile and dmg boost modifiers using your execute ability of choice.
Fifth - profit.
Sets that accomplish goal in battlegrounds: spriggans with bone pirate. u can use a number of other sets: hulking, sheer venom, hundings, etc...
the key is having sufficient weapon damage, landing your open, fearing your target correctly, and then landing the incap during their downtime within the fear. if you do that your chance to execute goes up tremendously. then you've got decent magicka to cloak up and get out of dodge to rinse and repeat again.
good luck.

What i dont understand is why stamblades can still cloak when i mark them. Does it now only work on stealth instead of cloak? (i know it was nerfed somewhere but cant find it)

You have the right mark version? Probably a stupid question but outside of that, purge. It got nerfed from 30 seconds to like 6.

Yeah, i always have had piercing mark.
Weird is... i crafted detection potions... and people just cloaked through them when standing near my feet.
My guess is lag then. Seen some vids of people dying while the mob was already 200 yards away.

I've seen a couple times when using a detect pot the NB just disappear and reappear a couple seconds later. I'm thinking it is lag causing a delay in recognizing the detect, but most the time is shadow image or that Psijiik ultimate
