✭Seems like most people will never be pleased with anything ZOS does. Nobody forced you to spent hours clicking on the stream. I popped in and out periodically to see the progress and clicked a few times. Was lucky enough to be there at the end ti see the teaser. It wasn't stellar but the few glimpses gave me enough to salivate and ruminate over until the official trailer is (probably) going to be revealed on the 15th. If anyone spent 6 hours on the stream they have no one but themselves to blame.
ZOS made it clear they would reveal information on the 15th. All they promised were some rewards and giveaways during this stream. We got twitch crates and some lucky people may get the other things they mentioned in the stream announcement. But nowhere did they say "HEY EVERYONE WE'VE GOT A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT TODAY!" No, just a sneak peek at the upcoming announcement.2 -

I think it's because people didn't realize that it would take 5 hours of clicking to see a 7 second video. They legitimately wanted to do their part by adding to the clicking count- but after such a long amount of time and effort- ultimately felt cheated.
I was at work, though... so I didn't build up any frustration over it.Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

The length of the Clip is fine IMO....whats not good is that the stream went on for nearly 6 fkn hours!

Stop it. It was no sign for spellcrafting. It was a kitty in a cavern with Abnur Tharn and a strange glooming tablet, book, piece of stone or whatever. This could mean as much for Necromancer as for Spellcrafting or a new profession or anything else.
The actual hints for Spellcrafting are there but they have been there before they announced Summerset and guess what, we didn't get Spellcrafting at all.

✭I've had the stream on the left half of my monitor, with auto click enabled, while watching Young Sheldon on the other. Still, for me stream have ended almost at 2am and I do find it a bad taste. You should plan your releases considering not only USA fans, but the whole community and not forcing anyone to chose in between sleep or desire to see the teaser. Especially when said stream in no need of hosts.0 -

It's fine to join in events like what ZOS did. Honestly, it is.
I knew it was a marketing activity, and years of watching ZOS tells me that they are not going to reveal anything significant prior to the 15th. They released three little scraps of information that we did not have before, a couple people won some prizes, and everyone got two Crown Crates (PC, that is). (As an aside, I finally got my 300th free, unopened Crown Crate.)
At the end, 11 thousand people were viewing a glowing tablet on the internet, and people clicked on it 160 million times. Manually or using automation.
Yes, I assumed that they would release the scraps of information even if there were half as many clicks. That was the whole purpose of the event. The prizes? That probably required participation levels, but the sound bite from Abner, the box art, and the teaser were coming, no matter what.
Finally, everyone knows what a tease ZOS is. Most people call it "grind", but ZOS has been teasing players for years. ZOS expects the players to perform tasks, over and over and over and over and over and over, and teases them with low probability and meager rewards. It is what they do.
