Make a build with these sets:
Magicka: Shalks Exoskeleton
Stamina: Champion of the Hist
Both grant you minor heroism while in combat generating 1 ult per 1.5 seconds.
Free ult all the time.

✭AFAIK the Hist set may be one of the causes that you are stuck in combat...so jeah kinda stupid actually ^^

Although I'm using it with Balorgh, so by the time I get somewhere I have a big boy dawnbreaker ready!1 -

It is REALLY annoying when you can't change equipment or skills, or mount because it says you are "stuck in combat" even though there is nothing hostile anywhere within the maximum attack range of any ability.This creature called a songbird. What a devious creation! This winged nuisance erodes sanity with its incessant chirping. What a brilliant form of torture!1
