Increase time of skills like hurricane

Is there any set or way to increase the time of those skills like hurricane from 15 second to something more?

Edit: Jorvulds doesn't increase the damage portion of the skill, but increases the buffs given by the skill by 40%

I'm guessing this will extend the duration of Major Ward/Resolve and Minor Expedition but not the damage portion, right? Never used Jorvuld's so not 100% clear on how it works.

I think Jorvulds would only increase the buffs time, not the skill itself.

Pretty sure the answer is no.

Not sure why the other reply mentioned a magicka based set that would not do anything to increase the uptime of hurricane. I should affect the major and minor buffs Hurricane provides at the cost of lowering your dps but would not help the skill itself.

One thing I miss from the early years of Everquest: not too many keys to press. You could actually communicate with your group by typing during combat. In ESO you're always pressing keys and/or buttons.
