Increase time of skills like hurricane

Is there any set or way to increase the time of those skills like hurricane from 15 second to something more?

Not sure why the other reply mentioned a magicka based set that would not do anything to increase the uptime of hurricane. I should affect the major and minor buffs Hurricane provides at the cost of lowering your dps but would not help the skill itself.0 -

✭✭One thing I miss from the early years of Everquest: not too many keys to press. You could actually communicate with your group by typing during combat. In ESO you're always pressing keys and/or buttons.0
