160 for gear drops 320 for a low limit to high end raiding.
There are raids guilds for you. Just look around.

I've been a member of the MMO scene since it became a thing. No other mmo has years worth of grinding just to be competitive. That's why my post is a question. Has nothing to do with difficulty and everything to do with time investment and GRINDING.

I have been looking for months. I've joined several but none that have ever completed a trial or raid. Usually what has happened in my experience is that the guild is newly formed by "experienced raiders", folds after the first try/fail, and then disintegrates. This has been frustrating to say the least. At this point I have started considering going back to WoW. The leveling and power creep suck. It is what it is though, I am about over ESO completely. /EndQQ

Have you tried a progression guild?
At your level, you're very likely not ready for Vet trials. You need those CP if you're going to survive a lot of the more punishing mechanics. As a healer, you also need the CP to pump into things like Blessed and Elfborn to help make your heals more effective. All support has to be on point or it shows, whereas an underperforming DPS can sort of blend in most of the time and go unnoticed. You just need to spend some of your gaming time putting in the work to get your CP up, and you'll be there in no time.
Which platform are you on?

I work full time, I am also a parent, so I get to play about 3-4 hours a week. I have been playing for just over a year and am sitting at 285CP. I want to get into raiding as I did in WoW for years. Over and over again I am declined for YOUR CP IS TOO LOW! I am a very experienced healer, not the best but very good. But constantly my CP is too low... I find myself quitting the game over and over again because of CP and the grind associated with it. I keep coming back because I have spent a ___load of money on the game, I have been a subscriber on my account and my wife's account since day 1 on PS4, and I enjoy it for the most part. But I have yet to do a single raid because of CP. At my current rate of advancement I expect to hit the current CP cap sometime in the next 2 years. Because of this I find myself again not wanting to log in and play; this is actually the first month in 2 years that I have let my sub lapse and I dont see myself re-subbing anytime soon. I am having the same issues with PvP as the non-cp Cyrodiil is almost always dead and I get 1-2 shot in the regular campaign. I get that this is QQ, but if something doesnt change I dont see myself continuing to play or spend money on this game. Is there any chance that this is going to get re-worked at some point in the near future???

While I sympathize with your situation fitting a game to this play style only encourages pay 2 win, pay 2 skip micro transactions.
