Stuck in combat, what sets are you running?

I was permanently stuck in combat a lot yesterday, moreso than usual by a lot. I was also trying out a build that used Champion of the Hist. I dropped that set for Hunding and had a lot less problems. I'm wondering if there is a bug maybe with sets that provide a permanent combat effect like minor heroism?

There is a bug with that set. Well I see it as a bug. Near Murkmire's launch, I tried Champion of the Hist out and in Cryodiil, if I was in a group (sometimes even out of one) and engaged in combat I would be stuck for about 20 minutes, long after enemies were killed or I was killed. Ultimately chose to replace the set cause of it.

I get this bug all the time, I use Winterborn Iceheart and Mothers Sorrow, doubt its mothers sorrow though.
