Specifically quests involving werelion enemies. Maybe even the chance of having a strictly cosmetic werelion form for werewolf.

It would also be a nice way for ZOS to shoot down my theory that werelions are actually just the result of someone freaking out over seeing some of the bigger khajiit furstocks. (I mean, werelions which only exist in a region where most the people already look like cats...how would you even know?)
And yes, more were beast forms for players would be good too.
