The leaks tell us that all four updates in 2019 will be related to Elsweyr and the story of the Chapter so anything Elsweyr, Dragon or Necromancy related sounds reasonable.

Mhm, the timing is a bit off this time. The last time the Chapter was announced in March (Summerset) the time before that on January 31st (Morrowind).
We're quite early this time with all the data mining and an official announcement next week sounds reasonable.

✭✭✭✭✭If we do get a dungeon dlc 1st quarter, I could see it as maybe the intro quests for the story arc. Like Tharn requests the players help to break into a dragon lair or a cairn to get something to stop the war. And then the dragon gets mad and kicks off the year long event.
If it isn't a dungeon dlc, I bet we get a ton of balance adjustments in prep for the new class. But most importantly, we have to get some dragon content if they plan on this story taking the whole year. Maybe we get incursions of dragons or dragon cult similar to the dark anchor incursions throughout the current zones.3 -
