Where do you get the cool little glowing plants that I see in all the decorating videos?

Either from the Luxury Furnisher (or guild stores from people reselling) or the Crown Store, depending on which plants you are talking about.

Most will prolly be luxury vendor items, some crown store and rest from homes. The dB house come with a lot of glow mushrooms and they very bright.

I've found Coldharbour glow stalks randomly from harvesting nodes.
