We will be performing maintenance on the PTS on Wendesday at 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC).

    It doesn't say "patch maintenance" though

    They always do a maintenance before the launch of a DLC/Chapter so that way they have the PTS upto the current release on live this includes patch's and character info so that way its easier to patch to the latest DLC.
