I have what I believe is a video I recorded clearly showing a player cheating. I submitted a ticket but there was no place to upload the video. How can I give you the video evidence that I have to help with your investigation. I did state in the ticked that I had this video.

    I had the same issue when I submitted a ticket to ZOS but after the customer rep responded and asked for the attachment, I was able to submit it.

    Thanks, I managed to put a link to my video in the ticket as additional information after uploading it to youtube

    Upload the video somewhere like YouTube, then update the ticket with a URL to the video.
