PUG moving on to the next pledge. How?

So, I grab the day's pledge quests and queue in Dungeon Finder. In 10-20 mins, a PUG is formed and sent to one of the dungeons. When we finish the dungeon, and before disbanding, someone (I think usually the Leader) does something and whoosh we are on our way to the next (pledge) dungeon. So nice to avoid another long queue, especially when the group is good. How is this done?
