There’s a lot of cause and effect at play. Too many people on the forums tag Gina and the Devs on things that are outside of their realm or are frankly unimportant. And every time a post tagging theme gets quoted they get another notification. This makes it nearly impossbile to separate things important things from meaningless bs.
There are many ways that Zeni sucks at communication and needs to improve, but we in the community need to take ownership of our role in these issues.

Maybe it's a job people are paid for? Or do you expect you will just sit near your laptop, poke your nose and answer questions players chose, filtered and prepared for you? The maximum community should do is inform and keep communication working like testers for a product they use. Because testing everything behind office doors is impossible. Players pay money for this, not ZOS to itself.

It was meant to be a fun guessing game; not about bashing.

My meaning is that we as a community need to stop tagging the CMs and Devs on stupid s***, making the notifications they do get more relevant and actionable.
If someone at my job copies me on 200 emails a day, in addition to the 200 emails I get from other people, it’s almost guaranteed that I will fail to see the 1 message from him that’s actually important. The same applies to forum tags.
