So yes, they should be half the cost for transmute. While we are at, it all one handers should either drop in pairs or with a shield the way ability-altering weapons do.0 -

✭✭The whole system needs to be revisited.I think that dual wielding has the advantage of double enchants so the double transmute costs are just a trade off.
