There’s always going to be something on top
NBs were at the bottom for a good long while, now they’re at the top of the dps hill with magTemps right next the them. Some day it’ll be DKs back in the sun, some day sorcs. Some day stamden won’t be the big thing in PvP, maybe someday people will stop whining about cloak, maybe people will learn not to follow sorcs using streak into a zerg.
stop pretending anything’s stopping you from 1) achieving competitive scores with any class 2) playing a NB if you really think it's necessary for being competitive
They just need to buff magden, magsorc and magDK ever so slightly and the PvE meta would be the most balanced it's ever been.
Of course, we all know this is not going to happen. I foresee yet another set of inexplicable magNB nerfs (like the ones we got in Murkmire) that actually do nothing to balance classes. I'm still baffled by how ZOS managed to simultaneously butcher the class by nerfing the hell out of its utility and somehow leave its DPS potential pretty much untouched, when it should've been the other way around if they wanted to nerf magNBs.

Actually there has never until this year been a dlc where everyone ran the same class. As for competitive scores. I run a stamden for stam and magplar for mag and while magplar is around 2k dps less than magblade, stamden is worse off. Especially since bear doesnt benefit from bloodthirsty.

Wait, bloodthirsty doesn't buff the bear? Surely that's a bug.
