Request: Tier-5 Racial Arms Pack

Tier-5 racial items are in the game for a very long time and are unobtainable for players except as special weapons from arenas. What I'd love to have is packs that include a tier-5 racial arms aesthetics for outfitter, a different pack every month for all 10 races.
Of course it would be better if such skins are obtainable through gameplay as rewards.
