Need help raising DPS on Magden

I've seemed to have plateaued at around the 8 - 10k DPS mark (11k if I'm really on the ball) and I'm not sure how to go about raising my numbers. I'm not the greatest at rotations, but I'm learning. I'm CP313 running pure a Mag Warden with Necropotence and Julianos. Both divines. I'm in the process of getting my hands on infused weapons, but right now they're both precise with frost damage enchants. All my armor is enchanted with max mag, but I still have two pieces of blue jewelry (and the one purple one I have has phys. resistance on it). Could that be what's holding me back?
I've been hesitant about trying to venture into vet dungeons because of this poor damage output, so I don't have a monster set yet, either. I could include a list of my skills and passives as well if needed--as well as my current champion point setup.

food: ask guildies if they can get you witchmother's potent brew. thief is a solid mundus. i personally use tri- stat potions that restore health, mag and stam.
your front bar looks okay apart from both elemental weapon and screaming cliff racer being on the bar. I recommend dropping screaming cliff racer for Bird of Prey and Elemental weapon for perhaps Force Pulse because of the destro staff passives. Bird of Prey gives 11% more damage due to advanced species passive and it gives 8 with minor berserk. you're not really casting it.

Here`s what I`d like to add to that: Try to include deep fissure to your rotation, that skill can hit like a truck and can hit multiple targets. Deep fissure is also considered aoe-dmg so it is buffed by ancient knowledge passive when using lightning-staff, so it definitely should increase your dps since you use lightning-staves on both bars. Just use deep fissure at the beginning and end of front-bar rotation and weave force pulse between fissures or use lightning-heavies when low on magicka.
Getting infused staves with dmg-glyphs (not same glyph on both staves) would also be noticeable dps increase.
Here is bar-setup I use with my magicka warden
Front-bar: 1. Fletcher infection 2. Deep fissure 3. Force pulse 4. Inner light 5. Bird of prey Bear ultimate double slotted
Back-bar: 1. Channeled acceleration 2. Blue netch 3. Winters revenge 4. Elemental blockade 5. Flexible slot (Living trellis, blue lotus, harness magicka, frost cloak, ele drain, enchanted growth etc. whatever is needed)
Magicka wardens dps is bit lower than what other classes can reach but it is versatile spec and fun to play, I hope you enjoy yours.
