I'm just wondering if this is possible in 2019.
I mean, we're supposed to have flying cars by now.

Scrolling in/out on the character select page shows a '3-D effect' as the background perspective changes.
Is there a hardware/software combination, (Oculus Rift stuff, perhaps), that lets one do something similar in this game?

I remember reading people discussing it a while back, but I haven't seen anything similar since.
