Looking for help to create a group dynamic?

So me and my guild are looking for a new group dynamic that is not meta cause we want to try something new for end game.

So these are the classes we have choosen for it.

Main tank warden ice staff tank. They want to run dual ice staffs and light armor.

Off tank templar 2-handed and bow heavy armor.

Stamina DPS dual wield or 2-handed and bow dk heavy armor

stamina DPS dual wield and 2 handed NB medium armor

Hybrid DPS 2 handed and staff light armor Templar

Stamina DPS 1 handed and bow warden medium armor

Magicka DPS 2 handed and staff Light or heavy armor DK

Magicka DPS lighting staff dual bar and light armor sorc

Magicka dps dual wield and staff warden heavy armor

Hybrid dps bow and staff medium armor

Healer stamina warden medium armor would like bow bow

magicka healer DK fire staff and resto staff

I have given my thoughts to the group on build make up but they wanted me to ask here on what you think would give the best results for this kind of group make up?

    Any particular reason you have chosen this set up, or are you doing it simply to be off-meta? I think if you explain your reasoning behind your choices others may have more valuable insight.

    To play something other then the meta we are all kinda bored of it and want something new to try. So I myself have build options but they wanted to here to community's idea on what they feel would be best for each build so we can have more options to choose from. But yes to play something other then the meta its become rather bland to them and they want some new stuff to farm for and to have more of a reason to keep playing other then to just stick to the one meta.

    If you going off meta then you have to that how this new combination compliments group.

    * Can everyone reach at least 20k dps?
    * What does each person bring to group?
    * Any team sets like MA?


    For healer part have dk used charged fire to get extra sustain.
    DK healer with olorime/Jorvulds
    This is ideal for dk as it gives shield buff and increase shield duration.
    Stamina Healer can use powerful assault/hircine it war machine

    Possible issues, some buffs are limited to six people such as combat prayer and healing springs. A notable exception is orbs ..which the dk will have to provide enough for almost 2 healers.

    Thanks Tasear for that I feel about the same for DK but think maybe DK run Olorime/Infallable mage with master resto malestrom lightning staff.

    The warden yeah Powerful assault/hircine and sentinals monster set bow bow.

    For the tanks I was thinking

    Warden shalks/ebon and iceheart monster set tested this and play it live it works really well.
    Templar NMG/Plague docter with Bloodspawn also tested and works really well

    As for the lack of Alkosh and major fracture maybe have one DPS run NMG and Relequin and the another run Alkosh/AY this way there DPS wouldn't drop off by much like 2 to 4k to the other stam dps.

    As for orbs we could have one of the DPS run ORB's or the Hybrid templar run shards for a dot this way we get everything thats in the meta in our group set wise skills we can also adjust as needed.

    But like I said they want to hear from others there ideas on what might work best outside the meta but this is only have play something else sense Morrowind some before that. So they have been it that boat for awhile.

    You won't need IA if you have enough Sorcs and shock blockade. The do already has sustain issues so wouldn't suggest it.

    Also don't be off meta for stake of being different maybe try make the new meta? If we have more testedu group compositions it makes people try different.
