Queued for 45 to an hour ...ugh.. finally get in ...Cyrodill load screen. I think many of us can paint that picture blindfolded if we wanted too.

Unless ZOS plans to push out some sort of major overhaul to PVP (for latency and FPS)- I don't foresee too many new players enjoying this upcoming PVP event. Vivec NA/PC has progressively gotten worse with lag.

I assume they will open 1 or 2 temporary campaigns and the emp achieve flipping rush will happen yet again.

But I can only assume the entirety of Vivec will be teleporting around or frozen in a disconnect.

I think that this event will be a Stress Test Evnt from ZOS, so the Team can see firsthand what we talk about evry Day on this Forums, i think this is great and gives me hope that this Year many Problems get taken on:) Happy new Year, i have to look at my PVP toons and get there Armour Sets in Order:)

The original event was held to see if cps were the cause of lag in cyro.... I think this will be the 3rd midyear mayhem and if anything, pvp lag is worse.

I wonder if we'll be able to earn the Midyear Victor's Laurel Wreath during this particular version of the event? I've wanted it for one of my characters ever since I began ESO several months ago, even though I've never tried to PVP and don't really know how. I wonder how hard it is to obtain?

They have decided to limit future events that use the Activity Finder until that is fixed. Sadly, the event this month is not covered by this. I will be spending the next week or so stocking up on popcorn. I will probably still run out.

I really hope it'll only be available for non cp campaigns since they claimed non cp had better performance + it'll limit those builds that heavily crutch on CP.

Non-CP does not have good performance. We need to get rid of that rumor. It is "better", yes, but that's like saying it's faster to sprint on one crutch than two.

Is it just about regular pvp dailies? Can I take all my alts, do dailies in the next few days and have each one turn them in on different days during the event?

Well; we have to deal with the lag already. Not like Vivec is going to get more full, but I always wondered if people waiting in the Q played a part.

At any rate; think I will head to Shor at least for this.
