Being Kicked From Game Constantly On One Character & Keybinds Changed

Last night I was playing a few BGs and with around 3 minutes left I got kicked from the game and logged out. I log back in today on the same character and all of my keybinds have changed, but only for that one character, and they were not reset to the default keybinds either. Every other character is fine and all keybinds are the same. My ping has also risen on this character from my normal of about 100 to around 150. I tried to join a BG for my random reward today and was kicked again and forced offline.
