And is this how the game is going to work indefinitely?? I really would appreciate an answer to those two questions.

    Enjoy! Lag usually causes skills to not fire off.
    Though I have had the occasional experience where I have no lag and my skill bar is locked and I can't fire off anything until I "/reloadui"

    Lag is a major issue for a lot of players, that Eso seems to ignore.

    PvPers are better at their rotations since we have to double-tap each skill in order to get them to fire off =P But yeah...I doubt we will see a meaningful change anytime in the near future.

    Why worry about lag, game performance, and server reliability...

    ...when you can buy really cool pokemon mounts and purchase absurdly expensive SIMs houses from the crown store?!?!
    Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.
