Constantly being kicked out of game to login screen - old problem same frustration

Had this issue before. Login to game and then 5 mins later I need to use E or R key and they do not work. Hit them several times and then I am kicked out to login screen.
Try to immediately login and get an EU Server down or internet down or patch failed random error. Shut game down restart and login in fine then repeat above.
Game working fine yesterday and no changes on my end since. EU server not down for maintenance. What are ZOS up to today???????
