As the title says. I transmuted two rings to have bloodthirsty to try it out. They are purple rings. I wanted to know if the two stack to be 18%?

✭✭✭✭Yes. And bloodthirsty is multiplicative on top of everything, unlike every other percentage amp in the game, which are additive with each other, part of what makes it so good2 -
