This applies if you received a duplicate of this memento or if you have already gotten it and plan to get more crates.
The memento is incorrectly rewarding 5 gems for a duplicate although it is a legendary tier item and should reward 33. If you've gotten a duplicate, you have to submit a support ticket to get the correct amount of gems applied to your account. You may not have noticed this so that's why I'm writing this post.
It will be fixed in the future according to a ZOS comment in the Crown Store subforum, but you need to submit the ticket for your owed gems.
