In the lorebook, Letter to Rana, Rana is stripped of her rank and is removed from Pelagiad Garrison. Pelagiad doesn't exist in Vvardenfell in the 2nd Era.

The Npc Hlethena Vando comments to another NPC on how the redoran live inside Ald'ruhn in Skarr. At the time, Ashlanders own that territory.
"You know, in Ald'ruhn, the Redoran live in a massive crab shell. It's not really this tall, though."

Desele's House of Earthly Delights is a pleasure house in the city of Suran that was named after a person that wasn't born until the Third era. This one is passable and the person in the Third Era could alternately have changed her name to fit the house.

And it won't be. I've spent years trying to bring their attention to things like this. They never care. All it would take is a quick change of some text in most of the cases you listed. But they won't fix it. We're arguing that they decided to go for the most boring, mundane, seen-before interpretation possible. Like they almost always do, unless they can ride on the coat-tails of past games.3
