Unable to load character

Hi, I've been playing my main character - level 589ish Templar (hafgood) and I was teleporting between wayshrines in the Gold Coast when he got stuck.
I just get the loading screen which freezes with him, have tried stopping and starting ESO, have tried a different character (who does load) but would quite like my Templar back....

✭✭✭✭✭Open a ticket with support, i had the same happen not too long ago and they moved my character which fixed the problem.

✭✭✭✭✭We have pretty much figured out Zos has only a skeletal crew working this week due to the holidays so not sure if any of the people I tag are around but it is worth a shot.
