Pretty much Zos is just monitoring for critical issues this week. I do not think they are answering threads.

I bought the game through steam (friend told me it was the way to go) and had HORRIBLE issues connecting and staying connected. Got the game through ZOS on sale for $10 a month or so later, and once I (with help from ZOS CS to get things sorted with login) was able to log in outside of steam things have been SO much better.
Hate steam. Never using it again for anything.

Steam is fantastic though. This is literally the only game I ever had this issue with. And this comes from a guy that has over 850 games on Steam.
