Not respawn the new life fest

I play almost every day the new life event I need 5 writs yesterday I'd play today I can not reach Breda she doesn't give any information. How long need iwait for respawns the new life quest?

✭✭✭✭It resets daily at 1 a.m. EST, same as pledges and and a handful of other daily events.
You can do all nine of them on each character for additional writ chances.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
Earn it.

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

Nope
Some dailies such as the dungeons and BGs randoms reset every 20 hours
Crafting and festival dalies reset every 24 hours at the same time everyday
It's time ZoS made them all the same so it's less confusing2 -
