ESO - Lag Intervals?

For some reason just today ESO has been giving me lag intervals and has been crashing nearly non stop not sure what happened hasn't done this all year or any year in fact, i've ran plenty of games flawlessly today so its not my computer trying to figure out what it is

    Nvm found it was just a memory leak restarted and lag fixed
