dumb question about penetration and resistances

so i am using spriggan for the 3500 penetration and overall good stats
but wouldnt NMG be better or good additionally? isnt it the same like 5280 penetration?

so surprise attack, nmg and spriggans would be around 14k penetration alone?

    Pay more attention to tooltips. Surprise attack applies Major Fracture, the same debuff that is applied by NMG. They will not stack. So for you NMG will be completely useless. Spriggans on the other hand is a unique penetration source and will stack with others.

    ok thx. on the websites nmg isnt adding major fracture, just the debuff. didnt have the set ingame.

    You are using an outdated website then. NMG was change to Major Fracture more than a year ago. This is probably the most up to date source you can use.
