Logged in Christmas morning and non longer ESO Plus member? WTH?!?

Anyone else have this problem? I have NEVER cancelled my ESO membership and only a couple of days ago received my monthly allocation of crowns.

HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!?!?!?!? How can I open a ticket and fix this?

    I assume you're on XB? I haven't had this happen in quite a while, but early on, I used to not get my monthly crowns and would periodically lose my ESO+ benefits. As mentioned above, click on support at the top of this webpage to open a ticket.
