ESO Plus not showing as active

Logged in this morning (Christmas morning) and for some reason I am not showing as an active ESO plus member. I have a recurring account and only recently as a few days ago, was charged my monthly fee and awarded my ESO plus crowns.

What is gong on?!?!?
