I have now tried to DL the game 3 separate times. Each time it gets to anywhere from 8% -12% and then i receive "web request failure" a few times until I get an "error code 102".
I rinse repeat and it starts me from 0% again. At this rate I will DL the game sometime maybe in 2015.
If i cannot DL the game, what are my steps for a refund, as I will not be wasting anymore of my time.
I have received a generic email from customer support, who obviously did not read the whole email and now having trouble responding to it.
Personally we should be able to DL for free, then pay a 1 time fee to create an account, then a monthly subscription. Because If i would have known I would have this much trouble just to DL the game I would not have wasted my money.

I have the same issue. I have tried using the admin mode and everything.
Near as I can tell, it must be some issue with ports or firewall or something, but I don't have access to change those where I am trying to play.
