If I purchased the 17000g mount am I able to upgrade it in speed, stamina and capacity as I can do for a 42000 mount? I have a 42000g draught horse and I am increasing the capacity each day but I was wondering if I can also do this with the cheaper horse or is that the reason they are cheaper.

The difference is in the beginning stats for the horses.
If you spent all points in carrying capacity for the horses, the draft horse will have 10 slots extra in the end.

Draft Horse
Price: 42,700 gold
Speed: 15%
Stamina: 10

Sure can. Only one can be active at a time though and your draught horse begins with 10 inventory slots where your normal horse begins at 0.I can has typing!0 -

✭✭As far as I know, every horse is upgradable. Even the 1g Palomino and Imperial horses. They just have different starting values in the three categories speed, capacity, and stamina, resulting in different caps. So if you want to have the fastest horse in game, you'd need to buy the one 42k horse that starts with 25% speed and level it up with apples from there.1 -

That depends. The later bank upgrades only ever give you 10 slots each, but get much more expensive than 24k gold.1 -

indigoblades✭✭✭DELETED ........... advanced horses have 10 points extra in either speed, capacity or stamina.... that 10 points cost you about 25k gold extra ... about 10x as much as gains feeding any horse. Once you get passed 150 bank slots, it's 50k per upgrade, so I'd say the horse starts looking better at that point1 -

becasue apparently that's how they get their jollies or something. and I'm feeling dirty just bumping this thread, but this dude has been at it for a while now and absolutely flooded the forum with 2014 threads. and the best part. the BEST PART is.. his information is not even up to date. the cheapest mount is free. you get a horse just by leveling a character nowadays.
