Definitely, as long as it's an option - so people, who like all the armour and tack on display all the time, can have it.

What I would also like is if your mount could relax, more like a pet does, when in your house.

So, if it is a Senche, or a Wolf, for example, if it could sit down and lie down and so on.

Not just stand there, rigidly, all the time.

Horses and deer (and other herbivores) could also graze...

Most of what I would call the more realistic mounts - so, leopard, lion and tiger senches, wolves (of various colours), elks etc, in natural colours and textures and without added particle effects - are, also, static assets.

So, no new models needed for them, either.

Most of them will therefore already have sitting, lying and/or grazing and walking about animations, too.

Most of the very flashy, gem-only mounts aren't in-game as static assets, I agree.

However, as they cost real money (often, quite a lot of real money), there would, presumably, be more incentive to produce a tack-free version of them, for use in housing, anyway?

Obviously, it would take a little work, but not very much, relatively speaking.
